We have silver dollar eucalyptus, carob, passion vines, artichoke, guava, Irish bells, bupleurum, fig, and loads more. We do not reserve specific varieties and instead rely on choosing the most beautiful greenery that week.
You can let us know how you are using it and we will harvest based on that.
