• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Long Beach Local DBA Farm Lot 59, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or injuries arising from your visit to the property, except as caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
